New Home
We now have our own building.
"Some great news indeed: We just signed a one-year lease on our
new facility (80 sq meters or 861 sq ft). We tried to get them to agree to a
two-year deal but they were unwilling to do so. In reality, though, that just
might be a blessing in disguise because it's tough to predict what will
happen over the course of a year. Anyway, here are some pictures for you to
enjoy. We love it and look forward to many inspiring services within its
walls, hopefully beginning on August 8th. For what it offers it was clearly
the best available option. They initially wanted $700 a month but we got
it for $650, which is actually a steal. The location is outstanding cause
it's in a great neighborhood, in the center of the city, situated on an
attractive main road with lots of transport. In fact, it's only a few
blocks away from the cafe where we're currently meeting. Oh, since we
found it through an agency, we also had to pay half of the first month's
rent to that firm. So, while we shelled out a whopping $975 this
evening, we're confident in the Lord that we're moving in His direction.
